I registered already. How to I purchase add-ons?

If 2025 AATF Convention Registration has already been purchased and you would like to add tickets for different events (Workshops, Evening Activities, meals, etc.), please contact EVENTS to discuss the next steps.

Is there any way to split room costs?

If you're interested in splitting the costs of the room with a roommate or arranging a carpool if you live in the area, please click HERE to share info with others who are looking to arrange shared accommodations or carpools

Is there a cancellation fee?

Any 2025 AATF Convention Registration Cancellation is subject to a 20% cancellation fee after June 1, 2025.

The purchase of any Convention Event Add-Ons are non-refundable. Tickets for all Workshops, Evening Activities, any meals, etc. may be resold to a different convention attendee by the original purchaser.
