Remote Proctor Information 2024
While we appreciate the need for flexibility, it is also important for us to maintain Contest integrity. Remote proctoring is only permitted via a video conferencing option, such as Google Meet, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Canvas Conferences, MS Teams, etc. You will need to indicate which videoconferencing option you will use.
You will also be asked to submit a Google form attesting that you have read and followed the remote proctor directions and visually proctored your students. If you do not submit this form and/or if you indicate 'no' on the form, then your students will be moved to the Hors Concours division and will not be eligible for national awards.
In order to become an approved remote proctor, please fill out this Google form
If your remote proctor request is approved, you will be sent remote-proctor directions, which you will be expected to read and follow, and the link to the remote proctor attestation Google form, which you can submit after having proctored your students.
