    • Ask them “Have you thought about teaching?”
    • Explain the steps to becoming a teacher
  • Promote “Career Pathway” programs in your high school
    • Invite “Career Pathways” counselor to your classes
    • Tell your students about immersion school teaching opportunities
  • Give them role models
    • Ask for testimonials from former students who are French teachers
    • Accept a student teacher
  • Offer AATF Chapter outreach
    • Offer recruiting workshops, webinars, podcasts for students
    • Invite French majors and French education students to programs
    • Contact post-secondary French and Education professors regularly
