Lisa Elaine Bartels

Like many of her students, Lisa’s first language learning experience was in 10th grade. Inspired by an amazing teacher, Lisa majored in French in college with a Spanish minor which opened opportunities to travel all over the world, to teach in international schools in Africa and in the Philippines, and to build bridges with international families and students here in the US. She is an AATF Future Leaders alumna, 2023 Outstanding Administrator Award Recipient, and 2023 FLANC Teacher of the Year. Lisa is an NBCT and holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction.
