Heidi Rice

Heidi loves sharing her passion for language learning and multicultural awareness. Her degree from Juniata College, PA, includes a year of immersive study in Strasbourg, France. She has enjoyed traveling in North and Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, North Africa, and Asia. National Board certified in French and certified to teach English as a Second Language (ESL), Heidi’s professional experience includes both elementary and high school French and ESL. She has received Teacher of the Year awards from Oakwood Elementary School, Hickory High School, Hickory City Schools (Wilmer Jenkins Award), and the NC-AATF.
