What You'll Do:
• Teach French (with a preference for candidates who can also teach Spanish) to middle school students, with the possibility of upper school classes.
• Foster a vibrant, interactive classroom that promotes cultural exploration and language proficiency.
• Serve as a grade-level advisor and help guide students through their middle school experience.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, whether through coaching, student organizations, or other school initiatives.
• Engage in collaboration and professional growth within our World Language Department.
What We're Looking For:
• A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in French, Spanish, or a related field.
• Teaching experience in middle and/or upper school, with an understanding of ACTFL Standards.
• An educator who values student engagement, innovative teaching methods, and language immersion.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Someone eager to actively participate in school life beyond the classroom.
