Description: The French World Language Teacher will stimulate the independence of each student as a learner, effectively assess student needs and progress, and plan instruction to achieve desired objectives (including those appropriate for exceptional learners). The teacher will accomplish these objectives through effective communication with students, parents and colleagues, and through the use of engaging techniques and materials in a positive climate. This position requires the appropriate CT Certification in French (018). Preference may be given to candidates who hold dual certification in Spanish (023).
