Coffee Break Sponsorship, AATF Convention

The 96th International AATF Convention will be held at the Delta Hotel in Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada from July 23-26, 2023. There are multiple sponsorship opportunities for this year’s convention, each with different benefits and pricing.

Sponsor a coffee/ beverage break during one of the four breaks throughout the convention. Includes signs at the beverage station.

This sponsorship opportunity will include:

• To have your company literature in meeting bags
• Your organization’s logo being featured in print or projected
• A sponsor recognition package which entails;
  • Acknowledgement in all marketing materials, company description and color logo featured on our website, sponsor ribbons for your on-site personnel, one 30-second video message to share via conference app, a dedicated e-blast to AATF membership, and a thank you/recognition sent in advance of meeting via AATF social media
